It is a separate chain from the Whitechain Layer 2 (L2) documented in the rest of these docs, and it migrates to the L2 at L2 Mainnet launch. Builders Program

The Whitechain Foundation Builders Program supports developers building on the platform with financial, technical, and marketing support. It opens access to WhiteBIT ecosystem products and to a path toward token listing. The program exists to remove the practical blockers developers hit when they ship on a new chain.
